How do I list my restaurant on Dineyo?
Fill in the short form at dineyo.com/for-restaurants (List your restaurant). It takes a few minutes. Dineyo checks every listing and sends you your restaurant login, usually within a day.
Is listing my restaurant free?
Yes, listing is free. Dineyo only earns on bills guests pay through Dineyo: as an introductory offer 12% + 18% VAT of the bill after deal discounts, instead of the regular 15% + VAT. That already includes all MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, card and transfer fees.
Does Dineyo take table bookings for my restaurant?
Yes. Guests book a table online or in the Dineyo app. You set your sittings, how many guests per time slot and whether bookings confirm instantly or wait for you. You get every booking by SMS, WhatsApp, email and in your dashboard.
Can guests pay my restaurant bill with MTN MoMo through Dineyo?
Yes. Guests pay the bill on Dineyo by MTN MoMo, Airtel Money or card. Dineyo applies the deal and any booking deposit automatically, shows the payment to your staff with its reference, and pays you the next day for MoMo sales.
How can my restaurant get more customers on quiet days?
Run a deal only in the hours you are quiet, for example 20% off Monday to Thursday from 3pm to 6pm. Diners see it on those exact time slots, so the deal fills empty tables without discounting your busy times.
Can I sell tickets for New Year's Eve, live music or special dinners?
Yes. Add the event to What's On with your date, ticket options, seats, price per person and refund rules. Guests book and pay upfront on Dineyo and you are paid after the event.
Do I need a POS, tablet or special equipment?
No. A phone with internet is enough to manage bookings, deals, menus, photos and payments from your Dineyo dashboard.
